The U-shaped screw conveyor can also perform operations such as stirring, mixing, heating, and cooling of materials during the conveying process. The material flow rate can be adjusted via the loading/unloading gates. However, it is not suitable for transporting materials that are prone to spoilage, highly viscous, easily clumping, or large in size. During operation, the materials are susceptible to fragmentation, and both the screw and the hopper are prone to wear.
The U-shaped spiral conveyor is available in seven specifications: spiral diameter: 150,200,250,300,400,500,600; ten standard rotational speeds (rpm): 20,30,35,45,60,75,90,120,150; spiral length: ranging from 3 meters to 30 meters, with customizable conveyor length options.
The U-shaped screw conveyor features a simple structure, co***ct cross-sectional dimensions, excellent sealing performance, reliable operation, and low manufacturing costs. It facilitates intermediate loading and unloading, and allows bidirectional conveying¡ªeither in reverse or simultaneously in opposite directions. The operating environment ranges from-20℃ to 50℃, with slight inclination permitted; however, the maximum inclination angle shall not exceed 20¡ã.
