The DMF-Y submerged electromagnetic pulse valve (also known as an embedded valve) is directly installed on the air distribution box, offering superior flow characteristics. The pressure loss is reduced, making it suitable for applications with lower air source pressure.
The working principle of the DMF-Y submersible pulse solenoid valve: The diaphragm divides the solenoid valve into two chambers ¨C a front chamber and a rear chamber. When compressed air is supplied, it flows through the throttle orifice into the rear chamber, causing its pressure to press the diaphragm assembly tightly against the valve's outlet, thereby closing the valve. An electrical signal from the pulse jet controller moves the solenoid valve armature backward, opening the exhaust port in the rear chamber. This rapid pressure reduction causes the diaphragm to retract, allowing compressed air to spray through the outlet and opening the valve to its fully open position. When the signal disappears, the armature returns to its original position, closing the exhaust port and raising the rear chamber pressure again, which presses the diaphragm against the outlet, reopening the valve. The electrical signal operates on a millisecond-time scale; the instant the valve opens, a powerful jet of air is generated, enabling instantaneous jet spraying.
